8Men Thorough is a company based on a simple philosophy. We will continue to offer new and innovative products that you can't find anywhere else and we will offer them on an undergraduate's budget. All officers of 8Men have attended HBCU's and the majority of us are in Greek letter organizations.
Our company began 6 years ago when a game of golf and a game of chess led to the observation that there was no representation of the African American (Black) experience honored in either of those age old games. You could find chess boards honoring every other period in history and golf head covers for every other personal whim but the acknowledgement of the history of Black America.
Since then, we have partnered with other entities that share the same vision of us by being a sponsor on an HBCU cruise, numerous HBCU homecoming and Greek golf outings and domino tournaments. Our product lines have expanded as our own experience broadens so that we can continue to offer one of a kind products to every level of man and woman who simply want to make a personal statement in their enjoyment of life, regardless of race, organization or affiliation.
Because of our commitment to customize our products to each customer's desire and to not offer products that can be purchased everywhere we now consider ourselves the "company that can make it happen." Therefore, if there is a vision that you have and no one can make that vision come to fruition or no one understands it, then please contact 8Men.
